Devise visions and strategy objectives based on user intents and goals, to solidify a user experience that holistically supports users’ needs.

Determine user needs through interviews,
ethnographic studies, surveys, card sorts, contextual inquiries & shadowing and persona building.

Detail site architecture, information architecture, design systems and detailed design through lo-fi or hi-fi wireframes and/or prototypes.

Direct UX teams / individual contributors in strategic directives, project delivery, design system adoption, morale boosting, goal setting & career advancement.

About Me

I am a UX Professional with 25+ years of Experience. A graduate of University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where I studied Cognitive Psychology & Engineering.

I’ve worked internally and as a consultant in different verticals, exposing me to a variety of complex design challenges. I’ve solved problems in creative and bold ways, while keeping SME, Product Owners and Developers as critical and dynamic partners.

I’ve led strategy & delivery projects in both Waterfall and Agile environments. Now, incorporating the power of AI in delivery.

As a people manager, I empower my designers to have a strong voice for the user, and support them when faced with pushback within teams.
